Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle Reviewed – Ripped Abs Tips Revealed

December 31, 2009 by Weight Loss Tips

I’m sure you’ve heard the expression a magician should never reveal his tricks. If they do then everyone can know how to do the tricks and the demand for magicians will be gone. The same may be applied here to the fitness business because Tom Venuto revealed a lot of tricks in his book Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. In fact he wrote such a comprehensive book on nutrition for Washboard Abs you will not only get the facts on a way to setup an effective nutrition plan but you’ll even get the fundamentals behind why it all works. It’s like a sports nutrition, diet, plus exercise book plan all rolled into one. You might almost say it’s a personal trainer in a book.

If you’ve got the initiative to browse and the desire to find out these things for yourself without having to depend upon an expensive personal trainer then this book is for you. I bought this book several years ago because I wanted to know what all the hype was about. I was extremely skeptical because I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and there are thousands of books out there with the latest and greatest fad. I was very pleasantly stunned to find that this book was not some skimpy guide but a full lifetime of everything that I had learned in a very concise and easy to use book. It will teach you a way to eat intelligently and create brilliant lifestyle selections so that once you’ve got lost all of your body fat you will keep it off. The data contained in this book is essentially volumes more than what the standard personal trainer is required to know to get certified. In fact if you learn this book inside and out you might typically pass any nutrition portion of a fitness trainer exam. It will even teach you the fundamentals of cardio and exercise planning.

Most trainers charge more for 1 hour of consultation than the price of this book which is amazing because someone can get much more out of the book than they will for that time. If you want to modify your life thru nutrition and really understanding the why and how it works then you can pick up a copy of this and invest some time in reading. The techniques you will learn thru food choice will supercharge your metabolic rate plus leave you feeling amazed at how simple it is to steadily drop body fat. Once you implement the diet plans and carido plans you will double the efficiency of the fat burning. If you are looking for good ways to burn even more fat you can start up on bootcamp workout programs and add it to this Fat Loss system.
