Don’t forget to stick them on your kitchen and refrigerator as well: those are the places where you are most likely to be tempted to eat the ‘forbidden foods’ or ‘cheat’ on your diet program!

2. Motivation and realistic goals: set some realistic goals for yourself. First, you will need to know your ideal weight, then subtract that from the weight that you are currently. The resulting figure you now get is the total of body weight you got to lose to acquire the kind of physique you want.

Now, realistically, you cannot lose more than 2 pounds per week. You can find out how much weight you can lose in a year by doing the math.
